What You Can Expect
- We’ll take a full mouth series of radiographs (X-rays) to evaluate your teeth and gum health.
- Depending on the state of your teeth and gums, our dental hygienist will perform a dental prophylaxis (teeth cleaning).
- You will be scheduled for a follow-up appointment based on the treatment plan provided by Dr. Boak.

- Photo ID and Insurance Card
- If you have had dental X-rays within the last year, please bring them to the first dental appointment.
